..tomorrow will be one week after my first batch was uploaded...is that normal on IS to wait that long?! Is there matter on number of uploads I send?! Do I I have to send maximum of 15 photos and then they will take time on my batch?! Thanks!

Yes, it's normal to wait a week for reviews at IS. If you want quicker service you'll have to become exclusive with them.
