They have already announced that they won't appear today, but we "will" be paid by the 25th.
(...so who knows? Anything could happen.)

We can see which files have sold, and how often, but not for how much.

"Due to a technical issue there has been a delay in September 2018 royalty statements being posted to your account this month. We do apologize for the delay, and appreciate your patience while we rectify the situation."

Let's see- I've been with iStock since 2011 and they are still having issues reporting sales since then!  :(

Excuse me for asking, but where do you see what sold?

ESP > Performance > Downloads. That page should say Statement: September 2018 at the top left.

Thank, I just assumed it never works for anything current and forgot about it.

Very close to previous month, so I will count it as a good month.

Pathetic. The swings from one month to the next are ridiculous.

You guys may be interested in a free online tool that helps us contributors make sense of our Getty / iStock statements by giving a visual look over our sales - https://www.todayis20.com/

I put together a brief review of this cool tool on my blog:

https://brutallyhonestmicrostock.com/2018/10/19/todayis20-getty-istockphoto-analytical-earnings-tool/

P.s Nearly broke the $100 mark this month, which makes me (partly) regret my 3-year iStock boycott since I could have been earning a lot more. Oh well, next month I'll break it for sure.

BME for me low number of DL but good sale prices, but 77% of the sales are from the US, bad for me, my country does not have a tax treaty with the US  ;D

For me, it all depends on whether I get any good value Getty sales. I got two this month, so Sept is my 3rd best month of the year: but my third worst September ever, after 2008 and last year.

Sorry, but  where do I find how much each photo I sold in September sold for?  I can't seem to find the individual photo sales breakdown...

thanks!

If you click Account Management > Royalties, then click 'Export', you can download a psd or a .txt file. The .txt file can be loaded into a spreadsheet, but it's ugly.
It's much nicer (more visual, clearer) to use one of the Third-Party apps like DeepMeta or TodayIs20. Or both!
