1-General
2-Christmas files
3-Easter files
4-Valentine files

There are so many seasonal files within the library the buyers will be pleased if they can go direct to a section of the  library containing there choosen seasonal file  even before they start keywording/tagging and using the search engine.

That option is already there by using the catagories.

Bear in mind this is MSG not iStock, maybe you should post it on their forum?

Isn't that why they have categories? Huh I think they are way ahead of you.

Right. Uh, isn't this what the Search function is for?

Besides, who decided where to draw the lines between categories? Does a photo of a gift get placed in the Christmas category or in general? Does it depend on the color of the ribbon tied around the gift? Does an isolated evergreen tree go into General or Christmas?

This could get very messy...
