Does anybody else find the iStock log-in message about referrals bizarre:

"Did you know that if you refer a friend we will give you $20 in cash or credits. Well we will so you should do it".

Isn't "well we will so you should do it" rather rude? I don't expect to be told what I should do by a website.

sounds like theyre just trying to be cutesy. maybe they should try "businesslike" for a change.

I don't see the message you see. Perhaps it's because they can only display one message on login, and I get the ridiculous "tell me about yourself" that has no applicable options and which I bypass by closing the box every time I log in.

Who knew? I have a magic shield against annoying & impertinent messages - an ill-thought-out if persistent message

iStock working hard to earn back my trust ~~24/7~~ ~~8/5~~ who the heck knows when...

Sounds like the same person who wrote that embarrassingly ridiculous 503 page a few weeks ago when the site was down for five or six hours.
