Single 'cash' sales by credit cards show up on your balance but the files don't show up on 'My Uploads'. This is one of the many bugs still outstanding since they introduced cash sales a month ago.

With Cash Sales, $45 could be e.g. an E+ photo licensed at a very big size; a video or a few smaller file licences.

I can't find it at the moment, but somewhere in the HQ Update thread, Dave Clark (dcdp) posted a new greasemonkey script (I think it was modified from Sean's script) that you can install and it will find the downloads that go along with the mystery money.  I couldn't get it to work for a bit, and then he told me I needed to check the "Force Search" option, which goes through every file -- and I found it.  If you have a lot of files, it can take awhile, but it is better than going through each of your files individually to look for a download that isn't showing otherwise.  If you can't find it in the thread, I'm sure you can site mail him and he'll be happy to point send you a link.

Totally confused.  No downloads at all for several days, but my total creeps up, so some sales are occurring.  I'm not really interested in learning 'greasemonkey' and in fact don't even care about IS anymore, but I can't help being curious - where is that trickle of money coming from?

See above: sales from credit cards, not credit bundles.

But is there no way I can see these sales, except for the 'greasemonkey' route?

Nope, it's a bug, right since cc sales were introduced.

Yikes.

How can we possibly have confidence that there aren't sales for which we're never being paid or...  never mind.

Good question, that's really what i thinking about! thought IS has a poor IT infrastructurer and support team.

I had two sales like this some week ago. Aprox 1.5$ each, and they didn't appear in my total earnings even today. I cannot see witch files were dlded. And today, 29$ were added to my Account balance, but not in the total earnings. Could it be a single sale? Can I make a payment with this money, or they have to appear in the total earnings?
   Thanks

If they're in your balance, they count towards a payout.

Just don't spend it all in one place.

Seems like you are being ignored?

http://www.stockxpert.com/

Former early MicroStock market entry smaller agency, (sold to bigger agency) which was eventually absorbed by Getty/iStock and shut down for uploads. Everything StockXpert merged into ThinkStock Photo. People who were in at the closing could allow their images to be moved over to the ThinkStock partner program, but you still receive payments separate from IS payments (different days and amounts as well) No new images since early 2010?
