Uploading at IS is a bit erratic right now. DeepMeta takes three tries on average to get one file through. The failed attempts eat up your upload slots, so you have to delete the "Unfinished uploads" manually on the IS website...

For the life of me, I can't understand how basic functionality like uploading can just fail like that in the middle of a business day Angry

I just uploaded some images, everything was fine except got an error message for a model release. When I tried to upload again from FF, I saw that the model release was actually uploaded successfully.

I don't use DM, since it doesn't make my job much easier (upload process still takes 39 times longer than on SS), but I did get a msg that uploading of MR failed. Tried again and it worked. There were many bigger problems in the past, one couldn't choose categories or the page would go blank and one had to do it all over again. Or it just took forever to complete the process after hitting the submit button. So with all the problems I've had there, time and nerves I've lost, I consider this to be almost OK Wink

After nine months with no uploads, I uploaded a few but it was such a horrible experience I'm not sure I will bother again. It was worth it at one time but my earnings are down 50% from their peak and my enthusiasm for istock is down 100%.

I absolutely hate their UL process, it's not an opinion, it's a fact that it's the worst in the industry. However, because I accepted that, I still tolerate them if there are just minor issues, as I said I just reattached the MR and it worked and it also did with the next images. If it didn't I wouldn't try anymore. If I wasn't uploading to SS and IS "exclusively" if DT and FT (or any other agency) would in fact deliver, nothing regarding MS would make me happier than to dump IS. I just hate that place, it's a dreadful user experience every single time.
