Topic: What's the matter with MB payouts?

It should take up to 5 business days, it took 6 the last time and it's the fifth day today since last Tuesday's MB cutoff. Why can't they stick to their own schedule and I'm interested to see if you are experiencing the same type of delays?

Here's a screenshot:

MB payouts always occur on Tuesday (unless there is a Canadian holiday).  It's still Monday.  It will be here tomorrow.  Today Paypal payments are going out.

But if you check out the printscreen, I requested my payment on LAST Monday, so I'm really looking at the second cutoff Tuesday.

Didn't you post a similar thread two weeks ago?  Don't mean to be rude, but I'm beginning to think you don't understand the payout calendar.

Look at the screen shot from my account.  I requested my last payment on Sunday Nov. 27, the day before you, and my payment from Paypal hasn't arrived yet either.  Why?  Because it's not scheduled to arrive until later today, just like it says on the calendar.  Moneybookers payments are scheduled to go out tomorrow.  There is no 5 business day waiting period.

No I don't, that's why I'm asking it here. I can't understand why in the world wasn't my payment completed last Tuesday. It was scheduled Huh. They should write than it will be payed on one of the Tuesdays. At every other site I get payed right away or like from SS, around the 7th of the month.

It wasn't scheduled to be paid last Tuesday.  It's scheduled for the Tuesday following the request-for-payment cut off deadline.

All Moneybookers payout requests submitted to IS between Nov. 22 at 9:01 a.m. MST and Nov. 29 at 9 a.m. MST will arrive sometime tomorrow.  Since you requested your payment during that time frame, your payment will arrive tomorrow.

We always get paid exactly one week after the cut off date.

With this clarification it finally makes sense. They should write it on their page.

Tnx for explaining it to me
