Yes, it would have been more precise and current.  Your numbers still confirm that you get twice as much per picture at IS compared to SS, like what it does for me.  However in my case, SS and IS end up giving about the same monthly $ amount at this point.

IS: .55$/DL
and SS: .25$/DL (of course!)

Why would SS be "of course!"?

Mine
IS: $0.55
SS: $0.31

sharply_done,

I didn't understand your index.  I believe $ = (total for the site), images = (number of images for sale, not dlds) but month = (??).  Total months on the site?  $/i calculated each month?

Regards,
Adelaide

madelaide: I calculate $/file on a daily basis (i.e. daily income/portfolio size), then average these numbers together on a monthly basis.

$0.20/file/month means that I will earn $0.20 in 1 month for each image I post to that site. If my portfolio is, say 800 images, I will earn $160 from that site.

One of my goals is to maintain an average of $1/file/month. I'd be at that level if my sales at DT and FT weren't so dismal. I'm very near to the point of abandoning FT (currently 9c/file/month - egad!) in favor of StockXpert, whose Alexa numbers show much promise.

Agreed Sharply. I'm in it for the money, so income quantity is a much more meaningfull statistic than download quantity.

Here's my extrapolated income/portfolio figures for May with portfolio size tacked on the end.

IS   0.35   595
SS   0.27   566
DT   0.16   515
FT   0.07   435
BS   0.04   157
CS   0.04   281
123   0.20   21
SX   1.16   16
LO   0.31   23

While I have a very small portfolio so far on StockXpert, and what I have there are my best sellers, you can see that they're likely a good candidate for you to replace Fotolia.

$0.31 SS
$0.80 DT
$0.54 IS
$0.59 FT
$0.74 BigStock
$0.78 StockXpert

the ranking is based on total revenue.
