Hi

i just send a contact ticket to istock about keywording rejections
even are logical or not i think that would be better for us and
for the site too not to reject the images due keywording
just to cutout the keywords they belive that are not relevant
and pass in the images
SO
I't could be a nice idea if besides me some more from the forum can send them
a proposal like this.
Maybe they can hear us then (two is better than one)
My proposal to the site is
"Insead of uploading again the same images just
with out the inrelevant keywords, woulden be better
to do it by "your" self?
I belive that's going to be better for "you" and for "us" too
Less unessesary Traffic and Uploading and Reviews and Better Public Relation with phographers
for YOU
And less work for resub for US photographers
I think the SITE is going to be better rewarded than the contibutors"

let's do the contact....
:-)

This is a benefit for exclusives only.  Rejections for keywords help to "train" people to better look at their keyword list and try to work it into what is generally acceptable at iStock.

I don't know if this is internally done, some flag or something, but it would be wiser not to need to inspect the file again, only keywords, if this was the only reason for rejection. I suppose keywords are the last thing they check.

Ha! who dares take a stand against the IS mobile  ;D
I am only happier to see them going even lower the polls, just for that. ;)

Lobby, any keyword problem can be addressed alot quicker than Scout by entering the keyword section of the istock forum AND OPENING A THREAD.
You will get alot of good solid advice and Usually a kind Admin will chip in as well.

Actually, it has already happened to me a couple of times that the image is accepted, with an additional acceptance note saying that a couple of keywords have been removed since they were not relevant.
