I just uplaoded a few more last night. Definately one of the slowest processes, especially when my flatmate was using a lot of the upstream bandwidth. lets see how many get accepted.  I have had 2 BEM in a row so I thought it might be time to start getting a few more up there, expecially with the price rise next month.

Well, I took the plunge and applied to istock....  not holding my breath.  I wasn't too fond of uploading my driver's license... but...
I uploaded 3 of my highest selling pix from SS, StockXpert & DT.
What's the 'ballpark'  wait on a application now-a-days?  The application said 2 weeks.  That about right? Anyone know?    Cool -tom

My applications took on average 2 days. But the longest wait was over a week, shortest just a couple hours. It's weird.

Thanks,  Kngkyle..
LOL,  yeah,  I think my fastest was USPS... the application was something like, answer these questons....  "Can you see through a viewfinder?   and   Can you push a button with your right index finger? "    I think I was approved the instant I hit the enter button.   Cheesy
I think my SS app took the longest and of course I had to do it 2 or 3 times...   I was curious about  IS and what they were currently taking.  I seem to recall that a few of the folks here just recently got accepted there.     Cool  -tom

Two or three days should be about right at the moment.

Inspections and approvals take six to seven days.  They are very fussy in some areas but more flexible in others.  In my first 70 uploads I have had only 2 rejections, but on the other hand I am a fanatic......

Interestingly, same 70 uploads to SS also only got 2 rejections......

Big difference of course is that at IS it has taken me five weeks to get 70 pictures on line.  The same 70 at SS has taken just four or five days.......
