As the title states, I received a 1099-MISC Income Federal tax form from the Megaglobal Image Syndicate today.

I had never heard of them, but figured that it had something to do with stock photography.

Anyway, long story short, it turns out that they are LuckyOliver.

It is quite surprising that they are actually sending out tax forms (since they have been out of business for quite some time).
