Kacper - The inital ones take a while but after than it is quick - they dont always tell you though so check your portfolio. originally they sent you an email listing all approave shots, after than I got an email saying they were approved but with no details. now I dont get anything. (this is not a gripe - just a statement).

My only issue with the uploader is that if ICPT data isnt read (sometimes my ones just donw work on any site) you have to add words individually - you cant cut and paste a lot separated by commas.

CJ,

I still receive those emails saying my photos were approved, on occasions telling all but one (and say which one).  This weekend I uploaded and received this message.  It doesn't look like a totally automated thing, as the wording changes, so maybe sometimes they forgot to send it to you.

Regards,
Adelaide

I know their blog keeps stating the site isn't ready, but they have to get the purchase product working. Tried to buy more images, and the site kept freezing up. Not good. I won't be telling people about this site til the bugs get worked out. Can't afford this for a first impression.

Thanks for all the input guys.  Were excited about where were heading- so its always tough when members highlight areas that were working on- nonetheless, its great to get feedback! Weve got lots of hard work ahead. Good things are happening everyday. Ill try and answer some of questions:

1.   Every photographer is important. We try to make an effort to consider all the Olivers and Carnies on the site- were not just building a database of images.  In the end theres always a cheaper photo somewhere else.  We believe people enjoy buying photos with a story- that cant happen in a vacuum.
2.   Weve got a few architecture issues that were solvingonce those are completed things should be smoother.  As a result, weve held off on marketing until things are stable.
3.   The model release was a good example of taking some suggestions and coming up with a quick solution.  Hopefully it helps cut some time off the submission process.  Thanks Phil.
4.   Were open to ideas!  We have a long list of things were working onso your ideas might already be in the queue.
5.   We wont write too much about our marketing efforts on forumsbut we have things gearing up. Were taking a long term approach that will build the business.
6.   We write feedback on all photos not accepted if you didnt get an emailthen it probably got eaten by spam filters.

Thanks again.  Keep up the conversation!
Bryan

Lucky Oliver now allows us to cut and paste keywords.  They're still having trouble with quotes in keywords, but their blog says a fix is in the works.

Now, if they can fix the search and download engines, things should be much more conducive to sales.
