I am also going to be with Laurin in March in Venice Beach, and will be doing a Death Valley, Mono Lake, Bodie trip right after, anyone want in can email me at [email protected] [nofollow]
BTW, about 8-10 of us are meeting up in March, so the more the merrier, come and join in the fun.
BTW Laurin and I have organized these free shoots for the last 3-4 years several times a year in both the LA area, the San Fran area and in the Sierras. We have done wildlife, landscape, and portrait sessions, covering Napa Valley, San Francisco, Sutter Creek, Plymouth and the Shenendoah valley wineries with private tours and tastings, you have to mix in a little fun with the serious business of photography :-)
 I have also done sessions as far afield as the Teton National Park, New Zealand and the UK
