As we work towards improving the site,  you will notice the stats on your home pages are not visible when you refresh. This is a temporary measure, aimed at improving the overall site functionality. This will also affect widgets you may be using to pull your stats.
Your accounts will still be credited when buyers purchase, but the downloads won"t be visible.  We will keep you updated as we make progress.

My stats are showing, they're just not updated.  Sales from yesterday and today are not there, although they show when I see my upload list.

Regards,
Adelaide

Amazing how quickly things can change in this industry.

For many, FT was wonderful then got detsroyed overnight by V2.

StockXpert had the fastest and very thorough reviews, now there is a three or four week wait.

Until the end of August everything was fine at IS.  Now the queue has jumped from 10,000 to 50,000 with a waiting time so long that they've taken away the 'longest in queue' counter; the site is suddenly subject to frequent outages, the views counter is broken and now they've disabled 'number of downloads' as well.

Looking at it another way, I think that all the "good" agencies are experiencing growing pains. If you're going to have problems, ones related to growth are the best kind to have.

I think someone is too quick to judge. When you have a larger than expected influx of buyers then you have system failures, it's the nature of servers. The queue has been in the 40Ks before. As long as the sales continue.

Like many others, I often complain about IS. But my sales have been going up there just about like the chart. I am always thinking that IS is shooting themselves in the foot with their endless search problems, their rejections of images as 'not suitable for stock' when those images are my best sellers as stock elsewhere, and so on. But I hope they survive and thrive, I miss IS when I can't read the forum or can't buy images, because of the site's problems, and I would sure miss my income from them.

But the money you earn still shows up in your account when you log into it right?

Yes.  I'm not worried, it's just a bit different from their announcement.

now I know why my downloads don't show up  Grin, nothing to worry about (yet), $$ are still adding.

IS is picking up for me after 3 slow months.

It shows the number of unique people visiting the site. Unlike the Alexa data which focuses on page visits, this graph by compete.com shows the actual number of people visiting the site. I've found that the compete estimations are more accurate in terms of numbers of customers than the alexa data. I like to use Alexa data to show how much a site is utilized by those customers and how long they stay.
