So i'm walking along Brighton beach,during the Istockphoto London Lypse, minding my own biscuits when i get chatting to a guy.He works for Amateur Photographer magazine.We get chatting about microstock/Istock and he asks me if i would be the subject for an article.I gave Mr Richard Sibley my business card and thought nothing more about the conversation.
A couple of weeks ago he contacted me and asked a few questions.The upshot was today he sent a PDF file with a two page spread that's been published in this weeks magazine.Richard very kindly bought three images from my portfolio to accompany the article.I look forward to buying the magazine tommorow.

Congrats.  I had to laugh when I saw that they list 5 microtosk sites.  They have the big 4 and Crestock   They obviously didn't do much research or they would have seen Crestock down in low earners in the poll here.  It will be funny if they get lots of amateur photographers submitting there, with their high rejection rate and low sales.

I bought two of the magazines today and the article looks great.A twp page spread with quotes and three photos from my istock portfolio.Neat.
