Thanks for your patience with the difficulties logging on to iStock that began on Friday.

We have solved the problem, a byproduct of incredible—and hard to anticipate—traffic growth, and a sporadic hardware failure that made it incredibly difficult to track down.

Our developers worked through the weekend to add several new servers, rewire parts of our data center and replace the faulty hardware. Certain non-essential features (like the Most Popular Files page) will remain off a little while longer, while others, like the Forums, are back. We hope this will ensure things continue to run smoothly.
