/We have just remedied the issues regarding vector thumbnails and prints - so now you can order prints using vector images.  

When vector contributors upload their files, they are now required to upload a thumbnail image with a minimum size of 1920 x 2800.
Rather than trying to automatically generate the rasterized images, we now use this thumbnail.  There are still some vectors in our library that do not have a large enough thumbnail to be sold as prints.  In this case, the customer can make a request to the contributor.  Once the contributor has uploaded their thumbnail and it is approved by the inspection team, the customer who made the request will automatically be notified via sitemail.
