We had a hardware failure, services were temporarily unavailable between 13:30 and 14:50 EST. All data is restored, we apologize for the inconvenience.

They had a problem. They fixed it quickly and efficiently. They communicated honestly and to their partners and clients as soon as possilbe.

Interesting concept.
