anyone else having problems with BS uploads using ProStockMaster ??

they appear to go up ok, but nothing there when I go to BS to edit and submit !? Sad

have contacted PSM to report problem, but no reply !!

Yep, this has been a problem for quite awhile.
When I upload using a ftp client, it works fine.

Yep ! I usually just upload again from the BS upload page, and it's fine !?

Just have to wait for PSM to get their finger out again (usually slowly) Wink

At least I know it's not just me

I use PSM to input the data, but it has too many problems with uploading, so I use FTP, and the data transfers with it. However, in any batch there are always a few for which the data doesn't transfer. It's always the same photos from site to site. The data is there, but it doesn't transfer. I don't know if the problems are with the sites or with PSM.

DeepMeta . . . the one and only tool for uploading to IS.

As for the rest of them, PSM seems to work well for me, with the exception of SS and BS.
