If it helps the programming end of it, Shutterstock works on my Android Nexus tablet but not on my iphone.

Doesn't work on my Android Samsung S4.

The new iphone update solved the SS login issue, but it crashes after a second refresh attempt. Even after re-installing it behaves the same. Moreover I lost access to Alamy.

It shows the numbers for shutterstock after the update, but it is not saving the refresh data anymore. So now I can't see how much I have sold after the last refresh, because it only show what I have soled after the last app update. :(

I've contact support. I use this app very much and I'm not satisfied the way every updates make something crash. I should have not subscribe to the app.  :-\

The daily numbers not working for me now. Just shows me one old IS number, nothing for the others. New sales numbers are wrong -- picking up what might be daily sales or something like that. I emailed support but have not heard back.

It typically takes a few days for an update to make it through Apple's review process once it's submitted.

That's true, based on my experience I'd say between 2 and 8 days depending on how long the queue is - same as with every agency! :-) however two things come to my mind:

1. I do not understand why functionality that often changes like handling the logins with agencies is part of the App itself and not a web service in between that can flexibly be updated without needing to submit an update.

2. Issues like an App crashing after a reload are definitely things that need to be found during testing hence I'd like to question the QA process of the developers.

Money should not be an obstacle here since the charged users twice, first for individual agency in-app-purchases and the second time when changing to a subscription model...

I'm guessing money might actually be an issue. The market for the app is limited to a fairly small group as opposed to most apps available.

The update is available on iTunes and fixes the crashing problem.  At least it did when I tried it; for the first time since the last update, I was able to refresh twice without an app failure.

Franky, I agree with you that the details of connecting to each site should be separately updated from the app itself and that this particular bug should have been picked up in testing.  Not like the process needed to reproduce it was at all complex; it just shows a lack of proper development methodology.

Are your shutterstock working good on your app ? I can't view what image sold on SS without making the app shut down itself.

Yep, same here. It seems that every reincarnation of this app has new bugs. It should / could be such a useful app but it's constantly beset with annoying little bugs...

Real shame, it's one of my most used apps but without SS it's redundant. Still hoping for a fix but doesn't seem like it's coming anytime soon.

Im sorry i missed all the conversations lately, i wasn't notified by email when someone posted on this thread, you better write at support from within the app or from the website, i can tell you SS problems are all fixed now (SS guys changed all the login system and the app could not pass the captcha anymore so we needed to implement other solution, no agency is helping us with an API so if a website changes we may need to update the app to work with the new website) and in next version we are going to introduce red badge for negative balances, for example when guys from Istock decide to adjust your earnings because by some mistake they gave you more money, you will see it in the app as for ex "-1.29" with a red badge this counts for total as well
