Hi Bobby,

You  guys don't stop do you. :) I thought you would have slept a couple days after your last massive production. This looks like a great deal. Look forward to hearing more. I love studio work.

Best,
Jonathan

What's a little travel time for an opportunity to spend time doing some creative studio shooting with good people of a like mind in a commercial studio in one of the countries top vacation destinations? We have had people travel from as far away as Denmark, Holland, Australia, Russia, Germany and Canada to attend our workshops and shootouts :-)

This event will be preceded by an open house networking party at Vegas Vision Studios the night before the shootout and we will also be following this event up with a full day of fashion, glamour and stock shooting in the historic 1840's gold mining ghost town of Nelson Nevada which is just an hour east of Las Vegas. Then on Wednesday September 23 we will be offering a lighting workshop in studio for Classic 1950's pinup. So you see you actually could make a great working vacation out of a trip here, create a ton of marketable content for RF and RM Stock as well as Fine art and publication, spend a couple days relaxing on the strip and write it all off as a business trip.

LOL no not really, we can't afford to stop. If we stop for even a little bit the whole machine stops and in this business building momentum is a serious task. Actually this event along with the Nelson Shot have been on the calendar for a month but now that WWTM2 is finished I can concentrate on these two events. Sept and Oct both have a lot happening in them and with the addition of the lighting gear being sponsored by SinarBron I want to ensure that I stay as busy as I can and put their products in the hands of as many people as I can so they can try them and see the difference working with top quality gear can make.

BTW, I got your email this AM and will get back to you on that matter shortly.

Thanks Johnathan, you can count on us continuing to work to make these workshops better and better.

The last one was so great. 12 photographers spent the weekend working like pros, handling all aspects of their shoots from concept to completion. In the end they all walked away with many gigs of unique content. I don't know of any other workshops out there that strive to ensure the attendees get content that is unique to them. I believe that by eliminating the problem of everyone shooting the same shots we have restored value to workshop shooting. Now not only can our attendees gain the knowledge and hands on experience but they walk away with valuable unique content to boot. In my book that is a win, win for everyone.

this sounds like a great weekend.  If i wasn't already booked I would seriously consider flying from Norway to make it.  If you have another one of these 'stock oriented' weekends I would be happy to hear about it.

Do you have any already planned?  you can send a PM if you want so I am sure to see it.

We have another 2 day stock event coming up on Oct 3-4 in Pheonix AZ.
We are partnered with Photography Schoolhouse for that one. I will probably arrange another one with my full format at VVS in the spring
