I would love to hear some ideas on submission workflows when you submit to multiple sites. It is a pain to go through the manual submission processes and copy the keywording, etc.

Any tips to share? Favorite apps?

- Do all keywording and Metadata in lightroom.
- upload using microstock submitter or stockuploader
- submit using stock submitter or manually

Maybe I'm wrong but I use to limit my uploads just five files by time (at SS IS or F).
I thought by this way to ensure some kind of presence at the search engine at least by "New" and at the same time to excite the visit to my port. Maybe it works too with the reviewers... I don't know...just a theory

I do not upload so many that I cant do it manually, but I keyword and title all my pictures in microsoft pro photo tools, which is not the best program I have had.
So when first they are saved in the sales directory, they are ready to go anywhere.
I upload to shutter at once when the images are finished, the other agencies get them when I have a lazy day and remember to do some uploading.

biggest single timesaver of course is entering metadata once (I use lightroom )

I upload directly to SS but use filezilla ftp for all the others -- takes only a few minutes to get them all going

later I do the upl processing for 123 and  dp (another 2 min); pond gets processed even later since their bulk review crashes if even 1 of 200 files has a problem  and you need to search to find the culprit

finally I submit to DT while watching football

I don't submit to any other sites that require categories, since it's not worth my time to do so for low selling sites like big,  etc

- keyword and copy keywords in Bridge, I outsource most of keywording
- upload files to Dropbox & distribute them using http://dropstock.io (we just built it recently). I find ftp to painful, especially with crappy internet uploads fail to many times.

I just registered thru dropbox.io and all it went smoothly -- I like the concept of using dropbox in theory but I don't have problems doing ftp - takes only a minute or so to launch 5+ uploads and I rarely have any tfr failures

what will the costs be once beta is done? is it one total # of files delivered? or Mb?

Nice to hear that :) Wish everyone would have superb internet.

While in beta, we want to see how many agencies people are submitting to, hear some feedback and monitor costs of servers and bandwidth.

Most likely we will go with # of files per unlimited agencies and offer different packages (eg 100, 500, 1000 files) with prices depending on our cost. We might even throw in a few free monthly uploads.

We know microstock is a numbers "game" and we want everyone from occasional uploader to "photo farms" to benefit from it.

We are thinking to support videos also, but first things first. The technical part how to handle huge video files is a bit different than supporting photos. Will let you know when we expand.

Mine is still a work in progress but mainly revolves round lightroom and stocksubmitter.

How are the other uploading & submitting programs (if any) doing? would love to give some others a shot

Mine is very simple...

Since SS is like 50% percent of my total income they have priority. I submit mainly to SS to use my time as good as possible and whenever i have time left i submit to the other ones.

Hey there! New to this particular forum, but i have been making money of stock sites for a few years. Just out of curiosity, if I was able to tell you there was a site that was insanely easy to use, and you were able to upload your footage/stock photos/stock music/any stock media, and they distributed it to all your stock accounts across the web....how much would you pay monthly for that? Especially if it was unlimited and allowed you to connect your google drive/dropbox accounts?

Oh...also you can do your name, descriptions, tags, all on this site, and they autofill it on all the rest for you...

I outsource most of keywording

Where do you outsource the keywording? Are they accurate with plants / bugs or flower species, locations and names of tools for example?
Some keywording companies, generalize things, like a bug is only a bug and a garden tool is everything...
Is there a website for contacting to know more info?

For uploading i use onedrive from microstock and the otixo to send the files more quickly to several microstock websites...
