After a few successful submissions, StockSubmitter stopped recognizing my Adobe ID, with an error message that says "Facebook Authentication not supported". Has this happened to anyone else? How do I get StockSubmitter to recognize my ID again?

They have introduced a captcha during the login process.
We're currently working on updating the program to work with it.

I'm a new user and can't get my adobestock configured at all. My credentials are correct, I do that stupid click on the roads/signs/storefronts whatever thing... and then it gives me an error message. I tried using an incognito browser and had the same result. I tried the "live" chat window both the public and official and there was no response on either after 5 minutes. I'm not feeling great about this tool if I can't even get my configuration working and the chat is useless. Any compelling reason I should keep at it? Or should I try one of the other tools?

Unfortunately the support chat is currently not available. I apologize for the inconvenience.
You can always contact me via e-mail ( [email protected] ) or in Telegram ( Netherspite ) if you need any assistance.
Regarding your AdobeStock problem:
Make sure you're clicking the "Remember me" checkbox and the "Sign in" button after passing the captcha. After that you should get your authorized profile page displayed in that window. Do not close the window manually, wait for it to be closed automatically.
