I wanted to make a list over which sites stocksubmitter can automatically submit to.  StockS can upload to all the sites but so can my ftp software.  Where it becomes really usefull is when it can also submit the images automatically.

The sites it can do this are
Dreamstime
Fotolia
Bigstock
Canstock
DepositPhotos
123RF
Shutterstock
Istock
Vectorstock
Veer
Pond5(Video footages)
Crestock

am I missing any?
I thought it would be easier if we shared our knowledge instead of having to type in account details for all the sites to see if we get a 'submit' button

edit:  thanks Niakris.. I have updated my list

Is it already possible to submit to the non-US fotolia sites?

Thanks!

Thanks for your Work Niakris !

I just tested with Veer and it worked good.  I still can't get 123RF to work though.  It goes into 'pending files' but the Subject is just the filename of the image and releases aren't attached.

It means what StockSubmitter never finds these files and never tries to submit them.
Is "submit" checkbox checked for 123rf?
Does it try to submit? (When timer runs off, it should change status to Authorizing -> Fetching unfinished list -> Submitting)

Did you submit files to 123rf before (manually or using software)?
Does submit to 123rf manually (on the site) works for you fine?
Was you able to submit to 123rf with StockSubmitter before?

Hi,

Before that I uploaded all the files manualy. Submit etc was working fine. After My account got accepted I uploaded all the files with Submitter. All went fine, but all I see now is

"0 Submittet. Authorizing..."

I manually submitted all the uploaded files now, but SS is still showing 0 sumitted, authorizing...

Thanks !

Does it hang on "Authorizing" ? Or does it show something after it?

I am currently working on StockSubmitter v2.0
It will be rewritten completely from scratch and will be cross platform.
Current version relies on WPF, so it will never be able to run under OS other than Windows.
New SS will work on Mac, Win, Linux.
And I think there is no reason to implement new stocks submission in current version cuz of that.

How can it automatically submit to sites where you need to select categories? Do they just go through without categories? and does it do vectors?

You select categories for each image in program (once).
When submitting images to sites, program will automatically select appropriate categories on each site, depending on the universal category you selected.
If you are not satisfied with automatic category selection, you can specify individual categories for each site in program before submission.

Hi Niakris, before you finish version two could you please add something to version one that I miss from the very first day?
I never submit a photo to all agencies I have in the list, so all my files have the yellow circle in the overview, could you please add that as soon a photo has submitted to at least one agency that the circle in the overview turns turquoise/blue. I know you use already this color but unfortunately not in the overview. Thanks in advance. :-)

To make it short:
Overview:
red: not ready to submit
orange: partly ready to submit
yellow: ready to submit to all agencies but not submitted to any agency
turquoise/blue: submitted to at least one agency
green: submitted to all agencies.

Why aren't you using "ignore" feature for the stocks you don't want to submit some images to?

Just select the images and set "ignored" status for unneeded stocks. These stocks status will be ignored when calculating big status smile on the image.

okay thanks, this could be workaround but I think it would be still a nice feature if there would be a separate color for partly submitted images in the overview. Is it really that hard to implement?
