Hi,

Thanks very much for your interest in our website Smiley

We have a long history with clipart.com (beginning with Zedcor, then ArtToday which we transitioned later into clipart.com) and we left shortly after JupiterMedia purchased these assets and started iCLIPART. It is my understanding that they haven't accepted new images for that site in a very long time.

With regards to licensing your work to iclipart.com you are very welcome to drop me an email and I can explain our terms of use and licensing agreement to you. I would love to see some links to your work too? We keep clipart and illustrations together on our website since our customers really like the mix of styles.

Thanks,
Alison

hi alison, why not try to share more like what is the commision and what kind of images you are looking for, if the website needs more contributors.

One problem with these sites is that they dont promote the artist at all.

Notice how there is absolutely no credit or mention of the artists. They are about promoting the images, but definitely not the artists.

Its just one of my peeves and something serious artists should consider before contributing their images to any site. You will not get any recognition for your work, but those sites will.
