The real problem I see is that the "cann you hear me now?" phrase is probably trademarked by Verizon Wireless.

As far as the wingdings, they have been used over an over in many illustrations. Are they legal? Couldn't say without doing further research. Looks like the reviewer hasn't a clue though letting these through. I would say "LCV" to the bunch.
