I like the design of their site.  However at the time of writing they have exactly 89 pictures for sale.......doh......

Looks like they will pay $75 if anyone uploads 125 images.  I haven't looked at the terms and conditions.

I think it looks kinda chintzy. But, if anyone is acutally buying stuff there you'd have a pretty good shot by uploading some pics.  ;)

What does this mean?

"Once you register and sign in to our services, you are no longer anonymous to us. Fotomind.com uses the information provided to enhance your surfing experience."

I don't want my surfing experience enhanced.  I just want to sell my photos.  They are powered by a Romanian site www.firestorm.ro but I don't know anything about them.

I don't like this too.

I haven't found the minimum payout, maybe 100$?

Call me stupid, but I have done it again! I simply like new sites, so I just joined Fotomind.com Seems that this new pop-up learned something from Albumo - to pay us for uploads. They have ftp and read meta data and 75$ for 125 images are not bad. Min. pay-out is $100 so I "only" have to sell images for 25$ to reach pay-out level. SY

Lol, is this a new way of earning money?  :D
Like: Oh, I do have a part time job, it is uploading to new agencies who are popping up all the time. The images do not sell, but you get money for uploading :)

Oh no you don't! Not in this case. I uploaded a couple of hundred images around 16th September. 85 of them were reviewed really fast. The rest have just sat there. I emailed support a week ago, and they said they would give my images priority. Not one has been reviewed since.
I think this must have been a gimmick to get a lot of pictures without paying out a lot of money.
Tomorrow is the 1st October, and passed the deadline. I am going to delete all my pictures then. $75 is not a lot of money, but I feel that they tricked me into uploading, when I would have let them have some pics if they had just asked me straight!  :( >:(

This is a quote from another forum, regarding a similar concern:

"I checked in with support at Fotomind and received a reply from Andrew. Here's what he had to say:

**********
All images submitted before 1october are eligible even if we accept your
125th in december, you still get the 75$

The delay was caused by many people uploading thousands of photos in the last few days, and our image inspectors team could barely catch up.
So don't worry about the 75$, you will receive it. Once we have about
50.000 images we're going to be more customer focused so that we can be sure photographers will get their payouts soon.
We already have > 15k images pending, so we're not far

Have fun!
**********

Just as we suspected...and good to here that they plan to honor the $75 bounty."

That is only an answer that I read on another forum, but before deleting your images I would write support again, they are normally quick and friendly to answer, SY

They reviewed mine fast and I was credited the $75. One of the sales was mine ;), so maybe I win the flash card as well. When more images start selling I'll upload some more, $75,90 credit listed on a website looks fine, but I need it in my bank account.

Well, i uploaded 325 images on monday Sept 24th (or was it sunday?) and i've yet to see any of them reviewed - so thanks for posting that we'll get credit anyway.

I uploaded 125 - 27 were approved quickly - 98 remain in the queue

Very tempting, but I'll pass on this one for now. Today is the last day to upload anyway, and I don't feel like spending 2 hours doing that. Especially since it would prolly take 2 years to get the $25 to reach a payout.
