Hi everyone! I'm not a designer or photographer, but an entrepreneur who happen to have landed in the design and stock space :) I own a graphic design marketplace with a feminine touch, a free vector site and an icon site and upload to various marketplaces with a small team of talented designers.

Have been reading for a while and now hope to contribute!

Care to share the URL for your graphic design marketplace? Is there any reason to be anonymous when you're the owner of a site?

Hi I'm always interested in new markets and I was wondering if you could share the URL for the site...

I'm a bit curious because you said it has a "feminine touch"...What do you mean by that? Are these designs geared toward women?

THanks.

I didn't share the URL of the marketplace because on some forums its not good practice to drop a link in your first post. Anyways, the url of the marketplace is newbielink:http://luvly.co [nonactive]. I don't know where the Freepik suggestion came from, but I'm not affiliated to them.

Nice site. What's the free vector site? That's what raised my suspicions.

Nice site, I guess that's the graphic design marketplace with a feminine touch.
Do you mind sharing other two sites as well? "a free vector site and an icon site"

Hi,
Nice site design, really lovely. Good job on the design!

Just one thing, Your Agreement says that  "the actual contract for selling and buying is directly between the sellers and buyers" and  Luvly is just a markeplace.

For that I conclude that shop owners outside of the European Union are responsible for registering with the VATMOSS and report themselves.

When the VAT law went into effect I think in 2015 for sellers of digital items outside of EU, a lot of designers left markeplaces, stopped selling from their sites to the EU because is too complex for them to comply. Then, big marketplaces such as Etsy and others decided to do the VAT reporting themselves, otherwise I think they would have lost too many people in my opinion.

You will have a hard time getting people outside of the EU who are aware of the VAT for digital items to join if your marketplace doesn't handle VAT like creativemarket or ETsy does. But thats just my opinion.

Here is how complex it could be for an indie.
