Hello,

newbie here :)

I want to upload some images with people to some stock photo agencies, already had accepted non model photos, and  my question is this:

Is it possible to create a general model release form? Let's say a family member or a good friend that doesn't mind having his picture uploaded / sold.

My 2 main concerns are fields on the Model release form (Shutterstock for example)

Date of the Shoot, and Description of the scene.

They seem to limit time and place this form can be used.

Have anybody tried to leave these blank? or write something like "Any" or "N/A"? This release forms are major PITA, so any help on this would be appreciated.

Many thanks
