Most Painful Day doing Microstock

Would like to hear your most painful days (i.e., income loss, physical injury) while doing microstock. 

Here is what just happen to me today- while video recording my gas insert fireplace I thought the glass front plate was secured - it wasn't. I fell on my middle finger and crushed the tip while ripping part of my finger nail off.  A day I soon hope to forget  :-[
