I remember starting out a few years back in the business and worrying about views, size of portfolio and other things but now I only want to see the 'Net' payment of each month and nothing more. I can see only worrying about the yearly net income in the future...

I will try not to dig the hole deeper by opening up my fat mouth anymore....
