I have all my images on Panthermedia set to 30% commission because they are all for sale on other agencies.
My recent sales have given me commission rates of 51%. (yes 51% not 50%). When I checked my images  all the rates have been changed to 50%.
I changes some of them back to 30, and notified support. They replied that they could see nothing wrong.
Another sale went through at 51%, and the images I had corrected a couple of days ago have changed back from 30 to 50%. I contacted them again, but have not heard anything.
meantime, I do not want to touch the money they owe me just in case.
Can you check your portfolios and let me know if this is a site problem or just my port?   Huh

Mine are still all at 30%, no changes. Doesn't seem to be a site problem.

Well that should be right the image that got sold has 30% checked, but sold for 51%. You seem to just get the 51% if you sell it. The increase of commission is apparently not yet official  Smiley

My last sale on June 4th was for 30% commission + the bonus.  What day did you get the 50% commission?

Did you get the report on June 4th or the sale? I got the report on June 6th and the sale is from may 26th.

But it also can be that this sales somehow fall under the new micro licenses which they started to offer, where the photographer gets 50%

I have half a dozen at the 51%. The sales range from April to May. I am way past the payout level, but I don't want to take the money if it is not due to me!

the 30/50% thing bugs me. I could accept that they dont take micro or I could accept a reduced commision if they sold it cheaper ie half price but it annoys me that it there is no real justification especially when they have dropped their price and offer subs images from 0.20 euro which is micro prices in my book so unless the image is pixmac is it really offered cheaper?

Hello Clivia,

since when are you with PantherMedia and how many images do you have uploaded?

I assume (over here is a national holiday and I´m not in the office to access your profile) that you were with PantherMedia before January 18, 2009, and that you have more than 250, but less than 500 images with us?

Let me know & kind greetings for the moment,
Andy

Hello all together again,

@Clivia:
We´ve checked your account intensively and have found no error on our side. You have already received an in-depth answer via email.

@freezingpictures:
We also checked your account. That quoted transaction had been the sales of a special project license:

http://www.panthermedia.net/index2.php?page=cms%2Fpages%2Fdisplay2.php&cms_id=577&select_language=en#h26

... with 50% commission for you. Inadvertently - sorry, a bug - also 1% was added due to the new loyalty-/quantity bonus:

http://www.panthermedia.net/index2.php?page=cms%2Fpages%2Fdisplay2.php&cms_id=577&select_language=en#h12

... which is not correct in this case.

Normally you would receive 50% commission for special project licenses, subscription sales and (in general if signed up before January 18, 2009) for the new micro licenses, and 31% (30% and 1% loyalty-/quantity bonus in your case) for all other sales transactions. We are working on fixing this bug shortly and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

The loyalty-/quantity bonus can reach up to 10%. A detailed overview on our new commission structure can be found here:

http://www.panthermedia.net/index2.php?page=cms%2Fpages%2Fdisplay2.php&cms_id=577&select_language=en

All the best,
Andy
