In case you didn't get it, Panther Media just sent out a newsletter with tons of information and lots of new changes.  Most things seem to be for the better. I seems that a number of people are starting to see some action there

Thanks Leaf, I'll take a look. I'm not in PM yet, so it's nice that you posted it here.

So are people here noticing better results in PM?

Regards,
Adelaide

......................................................

I have had a small collection there for about a year now, and no sales. I actually get a lot more clicks on my images on StockXpert or any other agencies in a week, than I get on PM in a year  Huh

Surely it would be great if they can make it, but  up untill now, it has been a complete waiste of time and effort. Note that the upload and preparations are quite time consuming and the review takes like forever, most of the time...

I'm not impressed, to say the least  Grin Grin Grin  - Perhaps my problem is that all keywords is in english - NOT in GERMAN ?

Panthermedia is not doing as well for me as about one year ago, but they are still much better than 123rf and bigstockphoto. Sales are not very regular for me, but I know that some contributors make quite good earnings from them.

Oh and btw, if your images are not "editors select" or "recommended" by the editors, I think they will have a hard time showing up in the search results...

Hi Freezingpictures.

Glad to finally "meet" someone who actually do have some sales there.

Would it be possible to see some links to the images that they have sold?  I still haven't guessed what they want and what they are selling..

I have plenty of Editorial tip and reccomendations, but that does not attract any clicks or downloads...

Kind regards
Flemming

Well, click on my portfolio- link below of any of the other agencies, I do not really have a link for my portfolio at PM. At least I cannot find an option where you can show your portfolio on panthermedia.

It is mostly the same, what sells good at the micros sells good at PM.

I have about:

80 sales of nature images: penguins mostly, polar bears, icebergs
(also the biggest section of my portfolio)

I have very few images with people (under 10 I think) and one of them sold 3 times (woman with laptop)

less than 5 images of helicopters 3-4 sales

Maybe 20 food and drink images, got 6 sales in this area.

Total portfolio size:
260 images
6000 views in the stock agency
106 sales

For me the average sales price was once between 15-20 Euro as far as I remember, but lately that has gone down to I guess ~10 Euro or lower.

I have had two payouts from Panthermedia in the last few months. Sales are sporadic, but they do happen! Of all the pictures I have sold, only two have been photos, the rest are illustrations. They are quite picky and slow with their approvals, but I like the site overall. If you are looking for an extra site to upload to, I would recommend them.

Don't give up, Fljac.
Month after month my sales are increasing there. In December I had 44 sales (about 900 photos online).
Best luck,
diego

After an extensive analysis of the market we think we offer by far the subscription plan with the best conditions for photographers. Grin

And - it´s a "Credit-per-Day" - based subscription.

I can't see better topic to ask - do you have any problems with PM site? When I open address all I can see is white page since yesterday. Do you know anything about PM problems?

Lately I only sell (when I sell) small (under a euro) prices. It used to be 10 or 15 euro but I hardly sell there anymore nowadays
