I registered today but did not recieve a confirmation e-mail. I e-mailed support and am waiting an answer. Is this just me or are thier e-mails hard to get through?

PantherMedia is located in Munich, Germany. In Europe they take their weekends seriously so don't worry . . . . . . its a fine agency. Plus there was a Marathon today so maybe they were all out running.

Middle of the week and no reply. Wondering if my registration went through on the weekend. Any advice - still trying to be patient. Should i reregister?

Did you check your junk mail inbox? It's very possible the emails ended up there - you can never tell how your email service is going to treat certain emails, it's a complex thing. It is the first thing one should check when expecting a system mail from any online service if you don't get the expected mail within 10 minutes or so.

Failing that, give them a ring on the phone, GMT+1 business hours.

Nothing in junkmail inbox. Unless its toll-free can't aford a call overseas. I live in South Carolina. I'll try to reregister.
