Hi Talia,

welcome!

I am on the istock payoneer programm. I think I need a new card and should write to your support. We were supposedly sent new cards, but I never got one.
Completely forget about the account, good you started the thread :-)

Great to see Payoneer support in the forums here. As a Payoneer user myself I can only recommend the services you offer. I just wish you collaborated with the remaining top stock agencies.

Regards, Ljupco

Ok,

I tried to login, but I cant remember my password. To receive a new password I have to add the last 4 digits of my card. However the card I have is an old one.

Can I just write to your support?

Hi, Talia,

regarding local bank transfer - http://www.payoneer.com/LocalBankTransfer.aspx [nofollow]

I know the charges are $5.95 or $9.95 per transfer, are the any other charges?
What currency conversion rate is applied - official mastercard (or any other) one or do you charge several percent on top of that?

Thanks

Ok, just to make things clear - currently i use payoneer card and, besides the fixed fee, i pay up to 3% above market exchangle rate each time i withdraw at ATM. So, are users of your local bank transfer service charged that extra 3%?

If not, it would make sense to stop using the card and start using local bank transfer, even if the fixed 'per transaction' fee is a bit higher.

Talia,

I'm having the worst support from Payoneer.

I applied my Payonner via Dreamstime, received the card, had a payment, so far so good.

But after some time not using it, and when I wanted to log in to check my blance, I found that I'd lost my password.

Since, then I'm having a very slow response from support. Received an e-mail that they have closed my account (WHAT!) and disconnected it from the partner.

I really don't understand.

How can you close an account with money in there?
Is there a phone number I could call?

Again, newbielink:mailto:[email protected] [nonactive] takes forever to answer (no less than 9 days)

The up-to-3% fee that is set by MasterCard is per country and currency, as are the bank transfers. I honestly don't know what the percentages are since I am positive they change daily (since the rates change daily).

It depends on which country you are from, but chances are that the difference isn't so large unless you arw transferring sums in the thousands each time.

First of all, I am REALLY sorry that you have had such a bad experience. I would need to look into your particular case - can you give me you ticket ID (starts with LTK)?

Generally speaking, losing the card and password means that the account becomes suspicious. On our end, it is possible someone is posing as you and we don't want anyone to attempt to steal your money. Our support is answering emails within just over a day (around 26 hours - we have stats), but in a case like yours, this moves to our risk department, which is what causes the delay.

We do not shut down accounts and keep the money - if we block an account, we get the money in your account to you, so don't worry about that part, you will definitely get whatever you had in there.

Anyway, like I said, please send me your ticket ID so I can check for you, and I will do my best to escalate this and get it solved quickly.

You can email me directly at taliakl at payoneer.com if you'd rather not make your ticket ID public. Either way, with your ticket number I have your email and we will continue this offline.

Again, I am really sorry for the problem you have had. We have our phone numbers published on our site and are available now for calls (I am not there right now, though).

Thanks for coming by. I don't have the card but am interested in getting one through iStock. My question is, if I have a card, can I add cash from my pocket? For instance, if I have $500 from iStock, but I need to buy some thing for $1000, how can I add cash?

Thanks, Leaf! I posted in that area since that's where I saw everyone talking about us. Didn't realize we had an area  :o

Hi!

Yes, you can load the card with a Visa or MasterCard. As long as they are accepted internationally, of course.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.  :)

Talia, actually my question is, can I add cash (not through an account) to the Payoneer card through a US bank. From what you said, I take it the answer is no.

Thanks.

Talia, I really don't understand your answer.

I would not see why anyone would add money to Payoneer from Visa or MC, because I would pay high interest to Visa/MC and incur further Payoneer fee when I withdraw. Unless you meant that one could pay Visa and MC from Payoneer?
