I received this mail, too. It looks like you can get money to your virtual account only from another US account.

No, it's not only for US citizens.   I have the virtual account since it was a pilot program.

It works great.  You can send your Paypal funds to your virtual account and the money gets loaded to your Payoneer card.

The only limitation is that you can't withdraw money directly from your virtual bank account and there is no direct access to bank account records.  You must always use your Payoneer debit card.

No, I also use Payoneer to get funds from IS, and other companies. You can also use it to get funds from Veer.

Transfer to paypal and from paypal to virtual account. Then withdraw with your card.

my friend withdraw from MB to Payoneer virtual acc. Now as claims from Payneer forum it took about week.
If it works it will bee super. No more withdrawing to classic bank acc and additional taxing from my non treaty government.
We will see in few days...

First you must receive mail with invitation from Payoneer and then sign up for that.
Then when you open virtual bank acc at Payoneer this numbers just add at MB like another bank acc and when you want to withdraw money from MB choose that virtual acc for withdraw.
And after week as they says (see link from my first post at 5th page of Payoneer forum) money will be on you virtual acc which you can withdraw at ATMs with Payoneer card.
My friend will tell me if it works in few days. He has this virtual acc and make test withdraw from MB yesterday.
