I had once rejected by iStock, hopefully won't make the same mistake again...
Those images mostly had been successfully in fotolia, 123rf, bigstock, canstock & dreamstime. images had been resized for uploading process..
all comments, critics, advices will be much appreciated  :) :)

Thank You!!

IMO this one is the most suited for microstock as it demonstrates a good concept.

AIWC is due to the small image size it is a little difficult to see the shadow details under the boy against the books. I guess you have done some burning but it doesn't look like the burn shadow under his left arm is quite right, however, that might be due to the file size. It is important that the shadow on the book layer looks convincing.

I wouldn't bother with the blurred image at the station for ISP - that will be the first one kicked into the long grass they don't like excessive blurring apparently.

@Cogent Marketing
thank you for your comment :)
I thought I'll choose that motion blur image in the stn (that image sold twice at 123RF) cos it's symbolize the business and rush in stn, isn't it?
which are the other top 2 to submit?
thanks again mate!

Your images are very nice. I don't think you need to worry too much.

Of all the images you submitted I honestly think only the boy climbing the books has a chance (subject to the point I made about the burning of his shadow). I like the binocular shot - good perspective - not sure about the shadows across his shirt. The river image has blown highlights on the building, the money in a jar need much better lighting (the glass of the jar looks yellow). The paper plane again is a nice concept but the lighting and colours look dull and a bit flat.

I take your point about the motion image and looking at it again, OK give it a shot. It shows you have some creative techniques which is one of the things they are looking at submission stage.

So if you want to press me for my top three from the sample you have given I would say.

1. Boy climbing books (but with caveats....)

2. Motion blur
3. Stationery - money and calculator

But being honest I would make sure Boy climbing books is amended with the shadow and shot two new images from scratch.

It is important that you have three BEST images submitted - after a few times I believe the iSP rules mean you wait a whole year before you can re-submit again. Good luck.

I have a couple of issues with that one, although you're right on the concept.  "Primary Education" looks fake, applied to the top book.  Also, the titles of the books on the spine should all be arranged like the top book.  On some of them, like Science and Sports, you can see the UPC on the book, and realize the title needs to be rotated 180 (the top of the title should be closest to the cover).

Yep - your right. To be honest I was focused more on the dodge and burn under the boy and did not pay too much attention to the books themselves. It's a good stock type image (IMO) but does need a little more work . Anyway a good start.
