I want to upload some images with MR but I can't find out how to do this. Can I upload an MR and then connect it to the images concerned later? And how? It's not very easy to see. (Or I am looking the wrong way)
Thanks

do it by FTP

1. upload releases to model release folder
2. upload the pictures to the previous folder

they will be assigned automatically

I tried that . Didn't work. And what if I have images later on that need this MR. I think they make it more complicated than necessary . Well no model images for photodune I'm afraid..

Hi hofhoek :)  Sorry to hear about the trouble with MR's I understand that our system is a bit foreign so I would be happy to help.  When you say it didn't work, can you explain what happened? When you add releases to the model_releases folder via FTP they will automatically attached to any image in the parent directory (photos) You wont see anything however as this is done in the back end.  There is nothing to manage with MR's beyond the initial upload.  So you are correct that MR's cannot be added to an image at a later date.

Please feel free to hit me up with any questions :)

Please Photodune, can you change your model release uploading and attaching system?? I uploaded 10 images and it's now impossible to attach release, when editing picture it ask me to change the main file, that is a so middle-aged way to use technology.
Why don't you simply permit to attach one or more releases in a single click????::)

Yes... Please, Photodune, upgrade your upload system.

As it works now, I made years ago a similar upload system, based on tutorials, when I was learning php.

Multiple files upload at once and a separate MR management and -attach system is a minimum today. Why is so difficult to understand this?

Since PD was announced I've been waiting to upgrade the upload system. I don't want to select, rename and arrange my photos and mr's all day long only to adapt to current upload system. Computer software should work as needed, not humans must adapt to a (basic) system.
It was promised in one thread that you will upgrade... Since then 6 months has passed...
