Hi everyone! I'm still around, though not much here.
I hope you can help me with this.
I purchased a Canon T6i in December. Days ago I bought a spare battery, Canon brand, in B&H (shipped to a friend who was in the USA).
I charged this battery two times, I believe. Now I put it in the charger and the orange light is blinking. I thought it could be poorly positioned in the charger, so I removed and placed it again. No luck.
I could not find in Canon's Knowledge Base anything other than the regular charging instructions (
https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&id=ART161444). I found that another model had a similar problem (
http://www.canonrumors.com/canon-lp-e6-product-advisory/), but I don't know if this is the same thing really.
The charger and the battery have not suffered any accident such as being spilled with water or whatever.
Any ideas?
I didn't try the other battery, which is charged, to see if the blinking happens with it. I want to preserve this as I am away from home right now.
Thanks!
