Ok, now that the eclipse is over, what are some practical uses for an ND100000 Filter?

namussi:
There'll be a solar eclipse in South America in February.

Put it up for sale on ebay in Spanish.

Use it to take pictures in places where there are people, cars, etc. With a long exposure they will disappear/fade

Haha, yeah, but with a 1/1000 sec exposure without a filter you're looking at a one minute (or 1.6) exposure with it. Could be useful in some cases I suppose.

"PLEASE NOTE: This product can not be returned for any reason after August 20, 2017." Hoya website.
"This item is nonreturnable". B&H.  ;D

Paperweight?  Maybe pictures of welders?  Hope you earn back more than you paid for it.
