I used FileZilla 3.20.1 to upload my videos to Shutterstock with no problems for quite some time and still do it daily. So I did with Pond however about a couple of months ago it stopped working. FileZilla properly connects to Pond and uploads file till it shows 100% and either stays without doing anything or starts uploading over again. No file arrives to Pond. I can upload via Pond website but it is less convenient (if I queue more than 10-15 files half show error or, in case of large file, it does not upload at all - error almost straight away). Pond technical support did not offer any meaningful help or explanation. Any thoughts/advises or anyone had similar problems?

I have the same problem with Filezilla. A file goes to 100%, then starts all over. Sometimes the file can be found in my Pond5account, with the new upload causing a lot of duplicate errors. I have tried uploading with Cyberduck and Commander One PRO also, but after five minues they both say that Pond5 has closed the connection.

Me too, exactly the same. The first couple of clips get stuck on a continuous loop. It's driving me nuts and really slowing things down. I can't upload to pond5 overnight as it will just upload the first 2 clips.

It seems to be worse for 4K than HD. Sometimes HD can go straight through.

Not sure what to do but I've had it for the best part of 6 months...

I'm on a Mac by the way. What about you?

Same here,  started almost a year ago. I contacted support, they said everything is ok on their side....

Had no solution but to upload through browser.

Yeah, Pond upload has been broken for a long time. Several emails to support went ignored. They are still in my FTP list and on any given day it works or it doesn't. Don't waste any more time on them than that.

I use Transmit on the Mac. I usually upload in batches of 40 videos. Mostly works, but I always have a couple of videos that Transmit says uploaded, but don't show up on Pond5. Kind of a pain in the butt trying to figure out which videos failed and then uploading them again.

I had this exact same problem uploading to pond5 before.  I tried a few ftp clients and none of them work.  I do notice that if i have a fast connection, this problem wont happen.  It only happens if my connection is slow.
