Dear all, anyone of you are facing identification rejected in Pond5? I tried my driving license, passport and it still rejected. It shown :

"Hi! At this time, we are unable to verify your account with the ID you have provided. We would need some additional information from you to complete the verification process. Please reach out to [email protected] with any relevant web presence links and/or another form of ID. Also, include "ID Verification + (Your username)" in the subject line. Thanks! "

What can I do now? May I know relevant web presence links is it mean my portfolio link on other stock agency?Thanks

It seems that they have problems with the ID you sent.
It depends what country you are from. Do you have a passport? Probably that will help a lot.
Otherwise send them another mail, they are quite good in communication, I am sure you will sort it out easily
