there is a new model release form for pond5.

there are 2 spaces for witness and witness signature, on both the adult and minor release

makes no sense.

Maybe 2 spaces for witness when your model is minor?

I will try now for adult model only with one witness.. I will see what will be the answer.

And the quick answer from Pond5 team is:

"We require 1 witness signature but this signature (witness) cannot be the artist or the model, this needs to be an additional person."
