I will make some of my contents exclusive. But I don't have the permission to access the Invite to Edit link.

Can anyone open the page?

I'm interested, why do you make some clips exclusive?

I do have access to the form, Google Docs. They send me the link in an email, exposing 75 email addresses from other contributors in the CC... They don't know their cc from the bcc.  8)

Why not? I am willing to make some clips exclusive to see how it works. They did not ask for artist exclusivity, some of my clips are only available on P5 anyway.

I did access the form.

I'm also interested in checking some of my clips as "exclusive", anyway all my highly priced clips are already exclusive to Pond5.. this way the buyer will know that he will not find those clips anywhere else, also those clips will be more noticeable in searches.

I'm going to give it a good shot, knowing that it's per clip exclusive 😊

Has anyone heard anything back? I submitted the form, and have not heard anything since.

People keep saying the membership program was done because of the "pressure" from videoblocks and other agencies with subs program. That this "forced" pond5 to offer 500 dollar files for 5 dollars, to be able to compete.

But most other agencies pay much lower royalties. What are the chances of the 50% for everyone surviving if pressure is so hard??

That is the confirmation I want most: 50% base royalty is here to stay.

All they have to do is say it.

Apologies for reviving an old thread, but it was the closest that i found searching the forum for my question.

For the first time noticed some files having option/ question
"Is this file only on Pond5?"
Answered honestly yes/no and then searched some older ones that i thought as "better". Found one with this option and others without.
Is it related to the price tag, " popularity", subject, releases attached or something else?

So far Pond5 is the kindest agency to me and I wouldn't mind delete some files from AS /SS and let them hosted only in P5.

Edit: by file i meant clips.
Some help please? Thank you :)
