I'm guessing P5 is using technology from Imagga.

If anyone wants to try this out, you can play with the demo at http://imagga.com/

It works great for some things, and not great for others (as you would probably guess.)

Definitely underwhelming. Some funny results, but when uploading, I wouldn't find it at all amusing!

I expect our Shutterstock captchas to be keywording pics soon.

Hi everyone,

The feature is built with super-fancy artificial intelligence technology that automatically scans your media and generates relevant keywordssaving you a ton of time and helping you make more money.

The problem I discovered is that I have to select the image type of each photo by hand....bulk editting doesn't work.....

Hi Canonbabe,

I take it to mean that you're not able to set the image type with the action menu at the bottom of your uploads page? If that's the case, you should also be able to set that with a CSV file. The column title you want is "Image Type" and you'll have to enter either "Photo" or "Illustration" for each item in that column.

If you're not able to get it working, send a message to [email protected] and we'll be happy to help. :)

Wow!! I see this old thread. And apparently nothing has been solved yet.
Even if in my preferences I have not ticked "Automatically suggest keywords", the system continues to propose useless keywords, that I have to remove one by one then!

Pond5 have many (reported) bugs that go back to at least 2012-2013, but still haven't been fixed... You have to learn to live with them.

Good site and friendly people, but bugs don't get fixed quickly.  ;D
