Ive just uploaded my first video file to Pond 5 though I don't see anywhere where I can type in title / description and keywords etc unlike most other stock sites I submit to. So is it like Alamy in that you add title / keywords only after the content is approved?

I think you need to wait after the video is proceed and then you can edit and add description, keywords etc.

Ah yea I see now that I have to wait after the video is processed. Though there's no indicator of when that will happen. Don't see any bar moving across or anything like that. It does say: "Scheduled for processing."

Video has finished processing and Ive filled in all the details. To submit the video for review, I assume I click on 'Execute'? Ive done that just now but nothing happens.

Didn't know there was an execute button. I click on 'save and submit for review'... does what it says on the tin.

Strangely, I don't see any 'Save and submit for review' option. And nothing other than 'Execute' that would suggest submitting the file for review. Ive since clicked on 'Execute' a number of times but still nothing happens.

On your uploads page you'll have a list of all the files you've uploaded. https://www.pond5.com/index.php?page=my_uploads

To the right of any clip, you'll have an 'edit' button like in the image below. Click on that. There you can edit the title, keywords, price, specs etc etc. At the bottom, you have ave and submit for review.

Oh yea I clicked on Edit and now I can see 'Save and submit for review.' However, it's not clickable (it's greyed out.) Ive filled in all the required fields.

By the way, is the 'seamless looping' option for the preview - when someone's cursor hovers over a thumbnail?

If your video loops seamlessly, you can tick the checkbox. If not, then keep it unchecked. It has nothing to do with the preview.

Ah thanks.

Another day has gone by and I still cannot submit this video for review. Ive typed a title, description, keywords etc but all I can do is save those changes. The 'Save and submit for review' option remains unclickable.

Has your identification been confirmed yet? That could be the reason.

Not yet. Identification is still being checked. According to the website, I can still upload content regardless. Though perhaps content can't be reviewed or made public yet.

Yep, you're right. My ID has been confirmed and I can now submit content for review.
