Very buggy interface with Pond 5 website

I'm trying to join Pond 5 and I'm having quite a bit of trouble with the website. On the first page of the sign up process, I typed in basic details like name, address etc and then went to the second page where I had to enter a user name and password. It took so long to produce a username that the website was happy with. It kept giving me errors like stating that usernames must have at least six characters (despite me using words that were six characters long.) Other times, it would reject my usernames for special characters (despite me not using any special characters.) Finally, I came up with a username that Pond 5 was satisfied with. I clicked on 'Next' but nothing happened. The web page seemed to time out. I refreshed the page but it disappeared.

I then had to start all over again at the first page, filling in my name and address etc again. However, this time around, I cannot advance past page 1. Ive completed all the required fields on the page but 'Next' is not clickable. Ive refreshed many times and retyped all the details multiple times but still no go.

Not sure how I can sign up if the website continues to behave like this.

Ive contacted Pond 5 about this issue. Hopefully, they get back to me with a solution.

Edit: Ive just tried again today (previous attempts were made last night) and it's still the same. I then tried yet again and finally it worked. Looks like I'm now a contributor.
