I tried to delete and re-enter, and now it says "e-mail validated". So I hope it's ok then. Thanks rimglow!

I wanted to change my email at Fotolia because my old one isn't valid anymore. So I edited it in my account information.
I then got this mail from them:
"Your account: iahulbak, was not validated because important information seems to be missing or incorrect (name, addresses, phone number, etc.).
Please modify this information by updating the My Profile section of your Fotolia account.
You will have 2 days to make these changes. If no modifications are made, your account will be removed."
I just don't understand what they mean. All my other information is correct, and has been the same for all the 8 years I've been a contributor.

I've always had a few sales every day on Fotolia. But now they have stopped. I haven't had a download since March 28th.

I have totally forgotten how to ask for payout on 123RF. The only option I can find is "Convert Balance to Credits", and I don't want to do that.

I don't understand the term "guest download", I have not heard that before. Can you explain what you mean by that? I would like to help, maybe someone else here is familiar with guest downloads??
It is a guest purchase, available to anyone with no membership required. And you earn more money from it.

There are online services. I used "Lazymask" for some isolation, which I'm not very good at myself.
I was happy with the result, and I can't remember that it was very expensive.

My sales were low too. So I asked them to delete my images and close my account. They did so, and they also paid me the $ 28 I had on my account.
