I sent them a email, because is not clear what happend to keywords and title. In this point we will copy keywords and title from our "JPG" and paste 1 by 1 into the website before upload for process. I don't see that would be faster. I have a jpg for other sites with the metadata included. that's faster

the sales is guy is about 600-650$. The first line is for 250$, second 500$ and third 750$ I do not know the portfolio of this guy, but I can imagine: 1 icon 1 file A flood of trash that does not help anyone

+ iStock ESP support has been updated; it will now support all media formats.
+ iStock ESP and Dissolve batches system has been reworked.
You can now tell the program to keep uploading files into the selected batch for the further uploads until it reaches the specified size.
Besides, the program will now automatically detect when the batch reaches maximum size allowed by iStock ESP and will ask for another batch when needed.
+ It is now possible to select a region for uploads in iStock ESP settings.
I uploaded some vectors to istock esp, the upload perfect, but not metadata is loaded in website(title, description, keywords), have you any idea? thanks Roverto

why deepmeta don't use the IPTC data from JPG? I have my vectors with jpg preview and IPTC ready. Now I have to waste a lot of time to add a new keywords?
This should work, actually. You made me doubt, so I just tested it to make sure. Added an EPS and JPG thumbnail, and the IPTC data (title, description and keywords) was correctly extracted from the thumbnail JPG.
If you have an example JPG where this doesn't appear to work for you, please send it to me and I'll do some testing.
I agree IPTC imports make a night-and-day difference.

Please upload a vector to reproduce the problem when no other uploads and submissions are running, then right after the submission is complete send a report using Service -> Report an issue menu command.

Please try the new program update, should help.
Program updated. v1.4.6242.6152 I tried again but it's the same, it upload only the jpg and eps. I tried in a folder with only 4 formats and same name. the software puts into the zip only 2 formats

+ Added an option to include all available formats into archive when uploading vectors to CreativeMarket.
All files with the same filename (as the main JPEG file) and different extension will be included.

can you put for creative market to add zip file for vectors?
I allways upload a preview of file and a zip with same name, it's included files as eps, ai, txt, jpg, etc...
I can upload only 1 file, and the zip is the solution to pack some files in one

To be fair, their policies are not at all like Envato's. I have some issues with how CM reports earnings, but their minor issues compared to how Envato regards each and every sale as a transaction directly between the buyer and seller. I don't fault anyone for leaving a company because of tax policy. But I think it's worth pointing out that CM and Envato are not at all alike in this regard.
CM isn't perfect but they're my #2 earner every month, not far behind Shutterstock. I'm happy to accept some of their flaws in exchange for really good earnings and an extremely fair 70% royalty rate.
Yes for sure, if we talk about vector market, CM it's a good business with 70% of royalties. About tax policy I can live with it.

Solved, with chrome navigator is OK, the error was with Microsoft edge via web upload:
"We can't accept the following files because we don't support that file type:"
all jpg files with same error
and via ftp, the half of images are mising, and the other lost the keywords and titles
somebody more with same problems?
