"Dont: Describe AI-generated content as depicting real people or places."

Oh yes, so true, at adobestock when I search specific place of some of my images I see tens of AI images that have simply copied my entire descriptions and keywords.
We already have to fight against stolen images because agencies don't do their job and now we can do nothing for AI images that steal our "concept", descriptions and keywords.
Without union we are slowly eaten by the sharks.

Links no longer lead to portfolios, so it seems he's gone.

Yes, 1 day for Freepick, 3 days for Shutterstock.

It was resolved.

They have experienced another issue with the redemptions so it's temporarily down again. Should be back up and running soon. Thanks for your patience.

Being taken for a jerk is annoying, even when it's true, but I don't know if a big jerk realizes that?

Pond5 / Re: Dataset earnings - opt out
« on: April 12, 2023, 12:44 »
I just noticed this new dataset line on my P5 earnings page. See attached.
I highly encourge you guys to reject these peanuts and opt-out of AI training.
Unckeck the dataset box at the bottom of this page

Thank you, i did it. around 30$ for me with 1500 videos.
And off course they tell us that it is possible to opt-out after they make the deal...

I didn't find anything of mine, but did you report the ones of yours to Shutterstock compliance?

Yes, I did it today.
Apparently they make very poor collages with differents images including mines.
I don't spend time to search for stolen images (too depressive), but I find without searching... here I was looking of the keywords of one of my image on the shutterstock page and I saw the stolen images in the similar images.

DepositPhotos / Re: Deposit Photos Revenue Share
« on: February 28, 2022, 04:32 »
I just saw when I click on the "Online" button on my depositphotos account that all have my images have the revenue share checked yes.
I didn't do anything for that and don't want to be part of this program.
I see in "statistic" 0.20$ in the Revenue Share line for February. And when I click on "Sales" I have "RSM Subscription", when I click on it I see several image sold for around  0.14$ each. I have no idea of what it is and find nothing when I google it. Edit, RMS subscription are revenue share sales...
Well, I sent an email to depositphotos to have explanations.  I stopped uploading images years ago and think it's time to definitively close my account.

Found 2 of mine. I don't find a way to report it to istock in the support ticket area.
Someone know how to contact Istock for stolen content?
thank you.

17
ok thank you for your feedback.
I'm getting oversuspicious with all the tricks of stock agencies to reduce our royalties.

18
It looks like all my sales on Alamy this month are from partners (only 30% of royalties, 12 sales some small, few big). It's strange...
Do you have the same report?
Thank you.

« on: December 22, 2019, 14:24 »
Very bad month for me too, and with a big refund from may! -48$. I will close my account, too much is too much. Getty is the worst agency for contributors.
My wish for Santa Claus is a beautiful bankrupt for Getty in 2020

Pond5 / Pond5's Global Partner Program agencies list?
« on: April 17, 2019, 13:12 »
Hi,
Someone known which agencies are part of this program?
I thinking to become exclusive with them, so this program can be a good thing.
I saw Adobe, perhaps Vimeo but no more infos...
Thank you.

22
Since 1 april 2 sales but for 1 dollar each (before cut...) . March, 10 sales but very low values. Almost don't pay the time to submit images on Alamy.

Adobe Stock / Adobe/Fotolia earnings falling since end january
« on: February 13, 2019, 19:08 »
I'm from France, since end of january my earnings collapse. At mid february I have only 1/3 of my "normal" earnings. My number of downloads don't fall a lot, only earnings... and my position is the same as usual.
I'm with them since 8 years and it's the first time I saw that.
I don't know if it's because of the end of Fotolia?
Anybody see the same things?

Stocksy / Re: Call To Artists is Open!
« on: January 10, 2018, 05:39 »
For Cavan, I'm in but I don't submit after reading the faqs:

Similar Content, even if not selected, may not be shared with other agencies.
Paypal payments incur a 2.9% + .30 cents charge!
Weird upload process, you have to zip files together, adobeAdobe RGB (1998) Colorspace... but no need to keywording.
Too much work.
For Stocky, 3 months wait and I'm refused...
